1. Returns and Exchanges
• We accept returns for paintings within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@artkshetra.com and provide your order details and reason for the return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the painting is damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• Please note that we may not offer a full refund if the painting has been damaged due to customer mishandling or if the return period has passed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your painting arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Exchanges
• If you would like to exchange a painting for another, please follow the same process as a return, and we will process the exchange based on stock availability.
5. Non-returnable Items
• Some items, such as custom paintings or sale items, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
